Adrián Gorelik holds a degree in Architecture and a PhD in History at the University of Buenos Aires. He is currently a Conicet researcher and a professor at the National University of Quilmes, where he leads the Program of Intellectual History. He is a member of the Board of Directors of “Prismas” magazine and he has been the Co-Director of “Punto de Vista” magazine. He was awarded the Guggenheim Scholarship and has been a Visiting Professor at the Center of Latin American Studies of the University of Cambridge and at the Graduate School of Design of the University of Harvard. Among his main publications are “The Grid and the Park”; “Public Spaces and Urban Culture in Buenos Aires, 1887-1936”, National University of Quilmes Publishing House; “Views of Buenos Aires. Cultural History and Urban Criticism”, “Siglo XXI” Publishing House.
